Surrounded by family and friends, we are covered in turmeric paste by all our guest to bless us with a radiant glow for the big day ahead. With heartfelt blessings, sweet treats, music, and dancing, this festive ceremony marks the beginning of our wedding celebrations in the most fun and vibrant way.

The reception will follow at Saint Clements Castle & Marina at 6:00pm

About Our Wedding
What to wear to a Holud?
The Holud (or Haldi) is a bright, joyful daytime celebration—full of color, laughter, and fun. We encourage guests to wear happy, vibrant colors, with yellow being especially traditional. Light, comfortable outfits like flowy dresses, skirts, or linen pieces are ideal, paired with sandals or flats.
Please no Teal, Magenta or black! We recommend avoiding anything too precious, as turmeric is part of the ceremony and can stain. South Asian outfits are always welcome but absolutely not required. Most importantly, wear something comfortable and festive—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
